Define Role & Responsibilities
We encourage our clients to assign a company title and a clear scope of responsibilities to the fractional executive. It ensures the company identity with customers is intact, fellow executives and employees understand how the role fits within their scope of activities and reinforces accountability for results.
Project (Hourly) or Retainer
All of the aforementioned steps should create a clear mission and duration for the relationship. Through this, we’ll execute a contract for either a defined project (with hourly estimate / rate) or with an ongoing retainer. This process ensures that the fractional executive is a 1099 consultant with Flywheel taking responsibility for expensive benefits and liabilities.
